How Much Kratom Should I Take?

Taking The Right Kratom - Kratom Exchange

If you’re taking to search for how much kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) to take, we’ll assume you’re likely new to kratom or haven’t been taking kratom long. Either way, we welcome you, glad you found us.

At some point and time, everyone that’s taking kratom on regular basis is looking to find that “perfect dose.” You’re trying to find the right amount of kratom to take (helping you with whatever problem you have). While this is something you can ONLY figure out on your own, we’re going to give you some pointers to help you out and keep you safe.

How Much Kratom Should I Take?

HOW MUCH KRATOM TO TAKE?

If you’ve never taken kratom before and this is going to be your first time, the best advice we can give you is to “start slow.”

We’d recommend you may start taking 1-2 grams, waiting 30-45 minutes for it to kick in and evaluating how you feel.

For some people, 1-2 grams is enough. For some of you, it may not be, but it’s the safest way to take kratom, consuming it in small doses.

If 30-45 minutes goes by and you don’t feel anything, you may try taking 1-2 more grams. This time, give it an hour to kick in and evaluate how you feel.

EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT

While we can do our best to give you sound advice, everyone is different. What works for you won’t work for the next. It’s a fact.

You can do your best research, you can learn kratom history, you can learn the kratom strains, you can do everything right. For example, take green Maeng Da kratom. You learn about it and people have experienced what you want to experience. You buy that kratom, try it and it affects you differently. It happens, this is because your body has a unique chemical makeup versus everyone else. Even so, the kratom can be different, just because it has the same name doesn’t mean it’s the same exact kratom.

We want you to always be safe.

There’s only one way to know how a particular kratom strain is going to make you feel, you have to try it for yourself.

WHICH KRATOM SHOULD I BUY?

Good for you for doing your research. That’s all you can do.

You can also reach out to the kratom community and talk to them. You can read other blogs and guides here at Kratom Exchange and other kratom vendors. In the end, you’re going to have to make your best educated guess at what you’ll need and go for it.

WHAT KRATOM SHOULD I TAKE?

That depends on what you’re looking for.

We’re always here to help, so feel free to reach out and ask us anything.

So, in closing, how much kratom should I take?

That’s going to depend on you my friend. Since we all react differently from anything we take, the only way to answer that question is by taking your kratom and seeing how it goes.

Again, start out slow. If you take too much, you’re going to feel nausea, more than likely.

Just keep your kratom dose small until you can see how it feels. As you become more comfortable to it, you’re going to be able to find what that “perfect dose” feels like.
